The Coca-Cola Company Director, National Sales - Drug Channel in Atlanta, Georgia

Location Preference : East Coast or Central Time Zone

As a Director, of National Sales - Drug Channel, you'll work to develop relationships with our customers and bring those brands to life all over the world. What You'll Do for Us

  • Develop and implement a strategic national sales plan for multiple customers, revitalizing our retail plans through innovative approaches.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key players across our customer base and within the Coca-Cola bottling system, fostering lasting partnerships.

  • Employ data-driven insights to fuel shopper conversion and category growth, outperforming industry benchmarks and competitors.

  • Leverage your knowledge of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) systems, ensuring market effectiveness and profitability.

  • Leadership excellence, aligning cross-functional teams and empowering them to execute transformative market strategies.

  • Engage in rigorous account management, showcasing exceptional communication skills, and maintain consistent follow-up with business stakeholders.

  • Drive long-term planning and market segmentation strategies, embodying a mindset of growth and elite service delivery to customers and partners alike.

  • Embody a general manager's vision, demonstrate superior leadership skills across functions, and energize teams for flawless market execution.

  • Direct sales management, forecasting, and time management initiatives, solidifying our position as a leader in execution standards.

  • Problem-solving prowess, coupled with an innovative and curious mindset, targeting sustainable growth and strategic opportunities.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise management, coupled with a proven ability to oversee multiple national accounts.

  • Extensive experience fostering omnichannel growth, guiding digital transformation, and revolutionizing contemporary sales strategies.

  • Mastery in leadership, negotiation, collaboration, and influencing, with adeptness in customer and partner relationship management.

  • Proven capability in making data-informed, shopper-centric decisions, and conducting market analyses for proactive problem resolution.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or equivalent advanced credentials are preferred.

  • At least 7+ years in strategic sales with a solid track record in handling large-scale national accounts and leading diverse cross-functional teams.
